second course : tuna poke with wonton crisps
third course : lomilomi salmon with green papaya and mango salad
entrée (choose one) :
mahi-mahi with Hawai’ian summer slaw, sticky rice and pineapple salsa

hickory smoked pork with spinach, sweet potato mash and hoisin
dessert course : mango cheesecake with macadamia crust
